We've been hard at work in Spanish class these last few weeks so here's a review of what we've done and what we'll be learning in these next few weeks before Winter Break. K-2nd grade has been learning how to greet and introduce themselves to others along with the alphabet in Spanish. They will continue reviewing the alphabet in Spanish the next few weeks as well as learning about winter holiday traditions in hispanic countries. 3rd and 4th grade have been learning the same thing as K-2nd grade, but they've also been learning the difference between Señorita, Señora, and Señor along with days of the week and months of the year in Spanish through fun songs and dances! They will learn about winter holiday traditions in hispanic countries beginning this week. 5th-8th grade have been learning vocabulary for clothing and colors in Spanish these past few weeks, which is culminating in a creative Fashion Design project which they began last week and will finish this week. Once they finish they will begin learning about winter holiday traditions in hispanic countries. Keep up the great work Ray Warriors!
