10/29/2023 0 Comments Semana 11 (Week 11)¡Buenos días! I hope that our Ray Warriors have enjoyed preparing and eating hispanic dishes for Hispanic Heritage Month these last few weeks! This week we will be reviewing Día de los Muertos and completing activities relating to it. Next week we will return to our usual Skyline lessons.
I enjoyed meeting and speaking with parents and students this past Thursday at Parent-Teacher conferences. This past Saturday morning we had a Cross Country Regionals race at Ogden Park and our Ray Warriors raced incredibly well, I'm so proud of them all! Once I have an official list of who will and will not be advancing to the City Championships this Saturday, November 4th, I will email that out to athletes and their guardians. As of now we have practice per usual Tuesday and Wednesday after school. This will be the final week for cross country until Fall 2024. I encourage all athletes to continue exercising in some capacity over the winter. It can be playing another sport, following a workout video on YouTube or TikTok, or running on a treadmill (with adult supervision). Finally, here is the new Spanish schedule for the second quarter. Make it a great week to be a Ray...
